Installation

1. Download the pf-cre-leasing-docs.plugin file
2. Open Claude Desktop and navigate to Settings > Plugins
3. Click Install Plugin and select the downloaded .plugin file
4. The plugin will be installed and available immediately

Note: All data stays local on your machine. No external API calls or cloud storage required.

What This Plugin Does

CRE Leasing Docs is an alternative to manual document drafting workflows for commercial real estate brokers, property managers, attorneys, and investors. Instead of filling in Word templates by hand for each deal, you describe the deal once and get professional DOCX documents ready for review and distribution.

All DOCX templates can be customized. Open any template in Microsoft Word and:

• Add your company logo and letterhead
• Change colors and fonts
• Adjust layout and section order

Known Limitations

• State law coverage: Full state-specific lease language for CA, TX, NY, FL, IL only. Other states use generic boilerplate. Always have a local attorney review for non-supported states.
• PDF lease extraction: Requires pdftotext or pandoc. Scanned/image PDFs trigger manual form mode — text extraction is not possible without OCR.
• Lease page limit: PDFs over 50 pages require chunked processing or page range selection. Very large leases may have reduced extraction accuracy.
• Not legal advice: All generated documents are for informational and negotiation purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice. A licensed attorney must review all documents before execution.
• LLM knowledge cutoff: State law and regulations are current as of the model's training date. Verify compliance with current local law for all transactions.
• No market data integration: Rent benchmarking and market comps require external data sources. This plugin does not connect to market databases.

Generated documents appear in outbound/. Run /cre-status to check pipeline progress. If templates are missing, run /cre-setup to restore them.
